Mrinmoy Sangma
Mrinmoy Sangma has a special interest in the Rural Development Area. He has affinity with rustic life and feels serving the people in need is rewarding in itself as it gives contentment of mind. His interest has pushed him to pursue a degree in the development area. He did his Graduation from Cotton College (Guwahati University) in English Literature and then Post Graduation in Development Studies from IIT Guwahati. He joined DEF on 3rd January, 2015 in ITE Project with an aim of becoming an agent through which the digitally needy students in the rural setting could be bridged and minimized. He also believes that DEF would help him to broaden his horizons in Development Areas. Before joining DEF he has also worked with Indian Institute of Entrepreneurship, Guwahati on Sustainable Livelihood Project.

Banangku G. Momin
Banangku G. Momin is good in rapport building and communication skill. He is a good team leader. He did his Bachelor Degree in Computers Application (BCA) from Sikkim Manipal University, Tura. And he did his Masters in Computer Application (MCA) from Sikkim Manipal University, Kolkata. He has also worked as a sales executive for Volkswagen, Kolkata. He joins DEF in 3 Nov 2015.

Ballikim Ch. Marak
Educational Qualification: He did his H.S. from Durama College, Three Years Diploma in Computer Science and Engineering from Shillong Polytechnic, and currently he is pursuing his 1st Year BA Hons in Political Science from Tura Govt. College.

Balmilla Ch. Marak
Educational Qualification: She did her H.S. from Government Girls Higher Secondary school, Tura and Bachelors in Hospitality and Tourism Management from ICFAI University.
